I supervise and consult for both pre-licensure clinicians working toward full licensure and licensed clinicians who want a thinking partner as they build their own practice or navigate complex cases. My background includes years directing an outpatient program at a community based agency, serving as lead clinical supervisor for a residential group home, and consulting on the business side of mental health work. I've sat on both the clinical and operational sides of this field.
Supervision and consultation are offered individually or in a group format, whichever fits your stage and your caseload. Sessions are held virtually, giving you the flexibility to bring real cases, real questions, and real uncertainty to someone who's navigated all of it herself.
For clinicians working toward licensure, our time together covers case conceptualization, ethical and legal considerations, clinical documentation, and the golden thread that ties your treatment plans to your notes, along with the harder to name parts of the work: self-doubt, burnout, and finding your own voice as a clinician.
For clinicians who are already licensed, our conversations tend to look different, a space to think out loud about a difficult case, a business decision, or the direction you want your practice or program to grow in.
